2021 Dunlap Travel baseball tryouts will be held on Saturday, August 15th, Sunday, August 16th and Monday, August 17th at North Park.

10:30 - 12:00 - 8u

12:30 - 2:30 - 9u and 10u

Sunday, August 16th

11:00 - 1:30 - 13u and 14u

2:00 - 4:30 - 11u and 12u

Monday, August 17th

5:30 - 7:00 - 15u

Please register your player prior to Friday, August 14th to participate. If your player can’t make the regularly scheduled evaluations, please email dunlapbaseball@gmail.com to make other arrangements. Reasonable conflicts will be considered, but not guaranteed.

Tryouts are closed to the public. You are encouraged to check in at least 15 minutes prior to start time. Parents wishing to stay at North Park may do so, but will be restricted to the covered pavilion near the parking lot.

Players should be dressed and equipped appropriately. Players are asked not to wear any shirt or jersey with their last name.

As in the past, evaluations are conducted by individuals that are not involved at that age level. Coaches only evaluate other age groups and never their own team or son. Coaches may be present to assist in drills or take notes to help determine their coach picks.

Per DRA’s bylaws, nine players will be selected directly from their evaluation rankings. The remainder of the team will be selected by the head coach with consent of the Director based on evaluations, needs of the team, and prior year player evaluations. Rosters will consist of 11 to 13 players.

The number of teams the program yields and their division will be determined after evaluations. Just because there was a team at that age and skill division in previous seasons does not mean that there will be one during the next.

For players that make a roster, $100 of the player fee is due on September 1, 2020. The remainder will be due on January 15, 2021. If you’d like to apply for a scholarship or need to make other payment arrangements, please email dunlapbaseball@gmail.com. Unless arrangements are made, any fees not paid by January 15, 2021 will result in a loss of roster position.

8-Maroon: $375 (includes batting helmet)

Other Maroon teams (9u-14u): $450

Gold teams: $400

White teams: $350
